I don't understand your arguments. First of all, this is a civil nuclear agreement. India gets access to nuclear material like uranium, which it badly needs for its existing nuclear plants. It will get access to nuclear technology, components for constructing new nuclear plants.
What do you mean by 'it will benefit only after 30 years...' - it takes times to build nuclear plants (say 3 to 5 years) - do you mean to say you will stop constructing power plants because it takes time? Will you stop constructing your house because it takes a year to build it?
