APJ A Kalam is Not a Nuclear Scientist.

A very Few Indians Know this.

He is Actually a Aeronautical Engineer.

Asking Him about Nuclear technology and testing is ABSURD.
These people including Kalam are cheating India.

Why doesn't kalam say, I not the right person to comment on this Issue ???????
