Now it is my turn to ask you to stop day dreaming. There is no way the SP can split on this issue since one or two Muslim MPs in the party cannot split the party. They as yet dont have the numbers under the anti defection law to split the party . If they remain they will be mandated by a party whip to vote for the Government . Of course the SP will then die out . Sonia is merely using them save her government . Rahul will NOT have an alliance with the SP . Rahul may dine with Dalits but he will not sleep with the enemy.
