The Sino-Soviet split in the 1960's led to the splitting of Communist parties throughout the world. The CPI in India also split into two in 1962 following the war - with CPI(M) supporting China's as the true communism and the CPI supporting the USSR. After 1991, the USSR is no more. But India is probably one of the few countries where are still 2 communist parties based on this split! - why don't these two dinosaurs merge since both are undoubtedly supporting China only ?
More ironical is the fact our idiot commies are still stuck in the 1960s and do not realise that that China has totally gone down the Capitalistic path now and has shunned communist economic gibberish. Or maybe they are doing it intentionally to ensure that China is the sole & unrivalled supreme power in the region.
