My spouse missed a flight today - 5 July 08; coz it took me 1 hour to travel the 5 minutes distance from Garware Signal on the Western Express Highway to the Airport. This is shocking and simply absurd!!! Someone has to be held accountable for the traffic mess.
Who will compensate me the loss of my air ticket!!!??? Who will compensate me for the additional Rs. 6000/- I had to pay for a fresh ticket to Chennai???!!!!!
The govt and the authorities that be need to be asked the question!!! And made to compensate my cost of loss of air ticket and the cost of a new air ticket!
I don't think that there is anyone amongst the authorities is willing to stand up and own the the responsibility.
The whole experience has made me a very upset citizen!!!
