from my point of view all this drama is of gulam nabi azad first alloting land to amarnath shrine board than taking back due to mass agitation,any major decision taken by any govt. is it possible it take back merely due to agitataion of local musims, If u cann't tackle the situation vacate the chair we have NARENDRA MODI to crush their agitation within 24 hrs.
