We don't explode nuclear explosion in Diwali every year. So why this is a big issue, I can't get it. And no nuclear power does Nuclear testing now. They develop simulation and don't do direct testing. And if we are going to do testing after 20-30 years, we would have got good technology at least. This is not a hidden fact that India doesn't have good technology.
