They are...forget about me....it is just my experiences....ask any college going girl in Mumbai or Delhi...ask her whih group of guys she and her friends stay away from.....if she is honest her reply would be Kashmiri Hindu guys......these guys just can't take a "no" from neone....least of all girls.....the people with the worst criminal minds....
