These money comes from the Govt. You knwo from which dept? to this dept money comes from Temples, to whoom Hindhus are donating. Govt extract money from Temples ( like Tirupathi, Shirdi, Guruwayoor etc) and spends for all minority ppls. Please note this when u tell something nonsence.
