You must be crazy, the name it self says "Hyde Act" its a internal act of US which directs it what to do in an event of Nuclear Prolifieration. Its not a Deal that india is going to sign.
If india again tests then the steps taken (Sanctions and taking back the unprocessed fuel) will be done as per Hyde Act, that too if the US congress wants to enforce that.
Its not good for a Country like India to stay under sanctions from 42 different countries.We need Uranium to power our reactors, most of our reactors are running half of their operational capacities because of want of Uranium. If this deal goes through then we can get Uranium from any of the NSG member and in return of this we ar placing our civilian reactors under IAEA safegaurds, I feel this deal is in intrest of the nation. We must have energy security to grow.
