Th N-Deal is between India and USA, If the deal helps or harms India's interest in any situation, I think the Muslims who are Indian Citizens will benefit or hurt the same way, yes but the Muslim of Pakistan, Bngladesh and other Muslim countries are against it and may hurt them.
