Instead of doing this I have very good idea for all those who don't wan't to be called as Indians.
Stop giving any reservation if they have like OBC/Kashmiri migrants etc.
Put the pics of such people in public places (bus stop, railway platforms, cricket pavillions, TV Adds etc.) with caption "These people hate to be Indian" Stop giving them any rights in any part of India. Then see the reaction of Indians, I am 100% sure these people will not be just ousted like Nepalese but also will be condemned by the community(offcourse who want to remain Indian forever)too.
Show these people their real faces in public then Let's see how these people survive in India.
