No body is envying the Haj subsidy. But the Hindus do expect at least a minimum amount of reciprocity from the kashmiri brethren. The same way 1000s of acres of land is misued in Kahmir, why are they particular about a minuscule porion of land not more than 40 acres. 'It' does not affect the entire eco system of Kashmir.
