You have completely misunderstood history first.Kashmir was part of india & will remain so for rest of its life.Kashmir is not a disputed issue,people like u keep it burnming for selfish interests.Indian Govt.is not suffereing but people of kashmir are the losers.Kashmir is a tourist place,people of kashmir earn from tourism.when terrorism was at its height in the valley,poor people were finding it difficult to earn a decent living.Kashmiri Pandits have been displaced from their home,they are living in camps who has done this.Indian Govt gives subsidy to Haj muslims,u take it without any word.It is ur right,which u think so.Then when 85% of the population which is Hindu get land for their shrine board why do u cry.And regd military personnel, they only take extreme steps when only they are forced to do so.This is Indian army ,not paki army.
