WRONG. Isreal may be close friend and ally of the US, but they have back bone and guts and they conduct their own foregin policy. Isreal is looking after their national security and interest. They dont need permission from the US. They have their own independent policy. Commies in India says once the Indo-US nuclear treaty is singed Indian became the slave of the US.
