To Run Thorium Based Fast Breeder reactors You Need Uranium.
If we choose to be in Nuclear isolation ( In your worlsd "Let us not fall a Prey"
Than how do you propose India to source Uranium. Who can supply it to us without CTBT / NPT / IAEA / NSG strings.
MM Singh is not a nuclear scientist but he knows it.
Mute question is "Do you know this???"
If you know this than what is your solution to this Requirement.
Mind it , India's Uranium resources are barely enough to support a moderate Nuclear weapon program.
