(1) US is not asking India to follow same route as China. US has clearly accepted a clause in the Chinese deal that that China agreement is supreme, and it will NOT be affected by other US laws. In the case of the Indian deal, the US has said it VERY CLEARLY that this deal IS SUBJECT TO its national laws. After doing this, the US has enacted a law called Hyde Act, including all atrocious things there. (2) China is agreeing to IAEA, after the US has AGREED TO RECOGNIZE CHINA AS ANOTHER NUCLEAR POWER, I.E., AS AN EQUAL TO THE US. In our case, the US wants us to sign an IAEA agreement after recording there that we are a non-nuclear power, i.e., AFTER ACCEPTING IN WRITING THAT WE ARE NOT EQUAL TO THE US OR CHINA! IN OTHER WORDS, WE HAVE TO AGREE IN WRITING THAT WE ARE JUNIOR TO THE US AND CHINA!
