When huge potential is available by way of water resources to generate hydro-electric power, as very large percentage of water is wasted into the seas of India, why Government of India is not organising the technical personnel concerned like engineers etc., who are obstinate, to explore new sites through out the nation and to install the equipment on war footing which is definitely possible, if properly organized like late shri K. Kamaraj, former A.I.C.C. President and former Chief Minister of the then Madras Presidency, who was an illiterate, by running after the officers and staff to extract maximum developmental works to bring Madras Presidency as the best state within his first five year tenure of his chief ministership! We have lots of potential in non conventional resources like wind and solar energy which can be easily tapped to annexe the hydro electric power! We have enough thorium for centuries which is also another fuel, which if explored on a war footing, will succeed to produce our own atomic energy too! Enthusiasm and interest are necessary to motivate such possible schemes that are posed as an impossibility wrongly due to strong vested interests and lethargy! P.M. should not only be adequately enlightened but also dynamic and dashing to frequently visit fields for on the spot joint inspection and discussion which is very essential to make the machinery work in the right direction! Degrees are not necessary but intellect is necessary with daring guts and spirit
