Misguided sense of patriotism shown by Pranab Da apart, the pathetic rate at which culling is progressing shows the hollowness of this staement. There are machines available abroad which increase the rate of culling hundreds of times which are simply not available here. That is why millions of birds are being smuggled oput of WB and have now landed in Punjab too.
