nothing alarming
by Chanakya on Jan 30, 2008 05:43 PM

on a serious note (jokes apart)- there is nothing surprising in this type of illegal and inhuman activities whether it concerns kidneys or women traffiking or child labour etc.etc. so long as our so called secular parties and secular government does not think about education to all, poverty removal by allocating and spending the budgets so sanctioned for specific projects like education, water, food, farming, etc. For the past 60 years we have grown only in population, illiteracy, poverty etc. in rural areas in particular. People would not even know the consequences of producing more than a kid - he himself being poor looking out for a labour job has 5 kids - that means another 5 people on the road begging for jobs at a later date. It is an alarming issue much more serious than these illegal activities. When the government always preaches of minority upliftments, they should also concentrate on sexual education, family planning for all etc. The law and order administration should be sincere in their efforts to keep the ordinary civilian protected from unscrupulous elements, greed for wealth and corruption should be eliminated from senior/political level etc.
Nothing is going to change by blogging in sites and expressing our anguish.
this case also would become another file resting in peace in one of the court rooms.
