We Indians are used to read this kind of stories daily. News Channel does their job of showcasing it in best possible way. But what's the outcome? Our judiciary system is slow if they get the evidences and witnesses even then they fail to punish the culprit. We hear daily in news about the update but nothing as such a capital punishment for such kind of people in front of everyone so that another person thinks twice to do such kind of brutal act. Its system of our Indian Constituency has to change and make amendments for punishing the crime.
