Mr Patil, The police of Maharashtra is much more effective in unearthing the criminals before they act or are their communities branded unlike other states where the police are unable to catch them and then they hold a whole community responsible for criminal elements. We do not live under fear of blasts in Maharashtra. Only in places where it is not humanly possible to check, these criminal elements get through.
