You Know who is Mukhtar Mai(she is the victim of Tribal feudalism ) Which is happening still in our India, where panchayat decides. The question is that are these panchayat is qualified or well aware of the religions laws. Whats happening in Jessica Lal case. Mukhtar Mai is not qualified to talk about Islam or Muslim affairs.
