Police - hidden agenda

Gujarat Police - Sohrabuddine
Investigation concluded that Sohrabuddine was not a terrorist.

Karnataka Police - M. Ghouse/Assadullah A.
Might be investigation result will be same, or they are criminal.
But at present police planted them as terrorist.
