There is only one solution to this disgrace. Indians willrespond only to shock treatment. Ask all these people top go on strike and let some serious disease break out in India and let millions die until the government and society realizes that one human cannot be used to clean and carry another human's waste. They need to be provided alternate employment so that no one is available to do this dirty work. Public should bulldoze these public open toilets. Indians have no sense of hygine and clealiness to begin with, including the so-called educated. That is part of the problem too. They need to be trained to clean up after themselves.
