Jarkhand, Chattisgarh are predominantly Tribal states. Uttaranchal was separated for religious reasons. It is 99% Hindu. They are very different issues. Telangana problem on the other hand is a over blown myth. If there is a problem of inequal development sort it out like a man, not run away like coward Jinnah.
