Domicile law for AP will help
by Konda Rao on Jan 25, 2008 12:36 PM

In early societies, there was little mobility but, as travel from one state to another developed, problems emerged: what should happen if different forms of cultures exist, inequalities in living standards etc.? One answer is that people must be given a basic set of rights, like a passport, that they carry with them wherever they go. It will help in solving in many of AP's problems. Telangana, Coastal Andhra, Rayalaseema can be seen as three distinct regions according to the state administrations, government jobs be provided for the people belonging to their regions, and funds for development accorded to each region proportionate to their size.
