YES ! YES ! YES ! A million times shameful on the part of this IMPOTENT givernment... I can understand the fear of this government..but atleast before outright 'No' they could have said that to French Government OK..if you want to award Taslima..do it but in your own country when she can travel to France and Indian government should make this happen to provide secure transpotation to Talima in reaching France if they are so fearful of award on Indian soil...and again saying no to the award will hurt India diplomatically as the Government will be looked upon as a weak one in France's eyes..
