RE:Is this ethical journalism ?
by Dipak Chatterjee on Jan 23, 2008 07:27 PM

I have seen this peculiar racist mentality among north Indian people. When Tamils are tortured in SriLanka or Malayasia then northies show no sympathy. Northies advocate that India should not interfare in internal matters of SL & Malyasia and as those Tamils are citizens of other countries we need not show any concern for them !! But their attitude change the moment Gujrat origin people are tortured in Kenya, Uganda or in any other African country or Bihar, UP origin people face descrimination in FIJI or some where else. Immediately they demand that Indian govt should intervane to save Indian origin people. Why this double standard???? Those bloody Gujjus, Biharis, UPities are now citizens of Kenya, Uganda, South Africa Trinidad & Tobago or Fiji. We should not interfare in internal matters of those independent soverign foreign countries. It is upto those govts to decide what they want to do with socalled North Indian origin people...descriminate, jail, torture, kill or what ever. Is India only for North people??? Is only culture of North true Indian culture??? Days of united India is numbered if Northies maintain this type of narrow racist mentality...bulkanisation of India is not far away.
