India should accept Mussaraf Proposal
by on Jan 24, 2008 09:21 AM

India should partition J&K according to the demographic pattern of 1947 and then exchange Muslims of India for the remaining non-Muslims of both Pakistan and Bangladesh. That should have happened in 1947. This is natural after a partition of a country.
A husband cannot stay with his wife after a divorce; but that is exactly the Muslims have done. They got Pakistan but they are still in India.
This is unjustified. Let us have an exchange of population and solve all the problem at a stroke.
After that it is possible for India and Pakistan to be friendly, as Greece and Turkey are now friends after having the exchange of population after the First World War.
