have seen 100's of computers lying idle scientist's doing nothing other than chatting, non technical staff sleeping after lunch hours burocracy, red tapism, politics etc. etc. I was recruited in campus from the most reputed institute of the country as scientist in this DRDO only to find that I am at a wrong place and had to quit within 6 months.
