Since supply will fall far short of demand, alotment of Nano cars should first be made available in states where the car is manufactured. This will reward the states which have forward-looking industrial policies. Those who voted for sensible leaders like Modi can then reap the rewards of their good sense and good ethics. Lying Leftist rats who pursue anti-competitive, anti-industrial, anti-meritocracy policies can then be left to wallow in the cesspools of their own making.
