Have you seen zombie movies like 28 weeks later where the zombies were once human, but now they spread their disease by biting the healthy..its something like that perhaps....they have simply crossed over to the other side.
Jesus once said of coming false prophets who would be wolves in sheeps clothing. you will recognise the tree by the fruits it bears..
