1) You seem to be confused. People in the states you referred also speak hindi apart from their native language. Like in south some can speak,write and read hindi. 2) ok this was nizams state. As per you in those days all telenganas were so developed but then there was 'suppression' goin on that Ramanujan movement started for liberation. So effectively telengana was never a fully prosperous place like any part of india. Next, we all know nizams were pro PAK and to think telengana was better in their rule doesnt augur well for your own state besides bein an indian citizen.
My contention is if no devp is done in telengana till now, what those MPs/MLAs were doing. Also see what happend to the latest new states like chattisgarh, jharkhand, uttaranchal etc where there is no difference to the life of aam admi. Because same kinda leaders rule them even today. We know chattisgarh is naxal state similar to telengana would be tomm. Realise the need to have a strong growth oriented rule first and then noone raises
