Wow!! everything torn to shreads now.. So whats next?
The main reason i see for DRDOs failure is becasue of poor recruitment of talent. They never get talented people, I would got to the extent to say even APJK was not talented.. he had no creativism.. The media has over hyped his worth..he was merely a book worm who could never go beyond the boders of what he read from books..
The problem starts right from our universties which trash and shelf really taleneted students who dont do well in acadmics.. the DRDO needs a better system for recruitment of new talent that really thinks out of the box... the question is do such talented boys survive our universities!!?
