Same is the Case in BARC, worser , people while away their time in attending their personal duties and gossiping useless things, people always try to motivate who do really wants to do some good research. After putting 10=15 years of service they will be promoted to Scientist F level, Lot of POWER DISTANCE is seen in these Labs, so where is the scope for development
