I agree with you. These politician are playing with the security of the country.
Even a average person can understand the importance of nuke deal but these CPI's are not allowing it to materialise.
Something must be done at DRDO to motivate the scientist. I have seen when i scientist start his career with DRDO his salary is less than INR 10000. He takes few years exp. and then move to NASA or some other organisation. If a person watch closely there are n number of incident that are enough to demotivate a scientist at DRDO.
