"It is wasteful to try to 'reinvent the wheel'". I agree with this. The IGMDP has been a very very mismanaged program. It gave lot of fame and recognition to some people, but nothing to the armed forces. What about the recent successful test of missile hitting missile. DRDO has lot of money but they do not spend wisely.
