Yes, yes a gentleman! Who designed the Kargil invasion, who defined the terrorists killing 'innocent hindus, truck drivers, devotees and tourists' in Kashmir as freedom fighters, who utilised the 10b$ received from USA to fund terrorist camps can only be defined as a gentleman!
