This bloody Mukherjee is good for nothing. What does he mean by alertness and vigilant. He had to develop good infrastructure on our side of the border. And if the Chinese are intruding, if we accost them then and there and take saome of their men captive, even after a small gunfight, we should do that. Then they will think twice before venturing into our territory. Let me tell u that China also could not afford hostility towards India, they are expert in arm twisting only.
