China did not borrow money from outside country. India borrowed money for which Nation stood as security while the borrowed money 99% went in to the pockets of leaders. Not used for developments. Secondly there is no system laid down to get returns on investment done by Government. Figures in Crores Rupees spent are declared but what work worth was done never declared by govt. Hypocracy is the base of our leaders. Common man gets carried away by eyewash. No healthy system existing to check on the positive usage of funds and arrest corruption.
