I think each state should honour Jyoti Basu separately. He should get an award from each state other than WB because he has directed all the FDI to other states and let them grow very fast, pushing WB 50 years back in terms of economy. Biggest joke of the century!!! This Biman Bose is a crap, do something new so called "Communists". Why are you copying the other party. Jyoti Basu should get Joooooota Ratna..... He has lot of contribution to the WB, Bandh, curfew and backwardness. His communist govt. couldn't keep the Nobel also...
