Half of Pakis are Al Qaeda

Why does US still think that Al Qaeda is a company with its HQ in North West Pak and they can go there and bomb it and get rid of it. Al Qaeda is a mentality and it is amoung Jihadis all over the world. They will have to change this mentality of they want to get rid of Al Qaeda
