Surajit, Why should Indians be forced to marry locals? You do not become a great humanitarian by marrying locals. I think Indians do not marry outside because we have strong sense of what our culture is and like to keep that culture at home, while adopting to the local culture on the outside. Racism is in the act of discrimination not in the act of marriage. Every other argument against indians for not marrying locals is in a sense racist argument!!
