africa is very complicated.the main thing is we should aim for is decentralization of power.that is the key.it has just happend many times over all over africa.that is what has plagued us for all these years.theres no way one man can be too powerful and steal billions.Then you expect him to give up power in one day haha.he'll fight tooth and nail for it.you'll literally have to drag him and his chair out.
