The terror group cant be trusted on any front. They have always used this as a way to remobilize their forces and arms against the nation. If they really want talks they have to first lay down all the arms, send all their fighters to their homes, build a political outfit which will talk with the govt within in the frame work of a srilankan nation and no tamil elam carved out. To add to that the srilankan also will have to meet the LTTE half way.
