Mr. Jaswant Singh - For accompanying the Kashmir terrorists to Afganistan and embracing them
Mr. Yashwant Sinha - For copying the Congress's insurance liberalization bill word to word and tabling it in parliament after BJP had raised strong objection to it during PV Narsimharao's regime
