U r not well aware of Islamic laws! The penalty to a person indulging in fornication is to stone both of them to death in full public glare and only after burrying half in earth. When this is the punishment for simple illegitimate sex in Islamic society, what do u expect for a rapist! It is not just lashes as u r quoting. Remember, for a person who accuses an otherwise known decent female (or male) of indulging in sex, and doesn't bring evidence in favor, then the accusing person himself is to be lashed 80 times in full public for malighning a decent women. Today there is no perfect Islamic society, not even in SA.
