What kind of examples u r giving up about Kolkata. Kolkata has around 1.4 crore population. And just by winning some nobel and oscar prizes, do you think Kolkata became a high style city. you ask the person who has visited this city ... then u get actual answer that Kolkata is one the worst city not in india but in the whole world.
