I cant help you with SAP. But you definitely need to work on your English to impress someone to call you for interview. I think you meant career (profesion) and not carrier (something used to carry).
Regarding SAP, you need to get in to a company where SAP is being implemented. Focuss on related industries to mechanical engineering who have a better chance of hiring you rather than a pure software company.
